The Adjutant General (AG) Senior Leaders Course (SLC) produces Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) on a Senior Human Resources (HR) Leadership level who are effective communicators and effective HR planners. Students passing this course are doctrinally sound and technically proficient in planning, executing, and managing HR support as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant within a Brigade S-1, Division G-1, or SRC 12 organization. The AG SLC app contains useful course related material. Its functional purpose is to assist students during their attendance at the AG SLC. With such tools as: Student Guide Pre-Execution Checklist Packing List Course Educational Outcomes Course Characteristics Graduation Requirements Reference Manuals Course Advance Sheet Module and Lesson Advance Sheets Furthermore, there is a comprehensive course calendar that informs the students of the weekly curriculum of the course to help prepare themselves during attendance at AG SLC.
